By registering an account, accessing the nustargame.c login portal, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the nustargame.c platform, you expressly accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of nustargame.c following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the nustargame.c platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. References to "nustargame.c", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the nustargame.c platform and its operating entity. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual registered account holder.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on nustargame.c. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. nustargame.c employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nustargame.c reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. nustargame.c is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user, including incorrect GCash or PayMaya wallet numbers submitted for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustargame.c login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nustargame.c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify nustargame.c support immediately.

You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Driver's License, Passport, or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership. nustargame.c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes subject to verification. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. nustargame.c reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing time.
All transactions on nustargame.c are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nustargame.c does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
nustargame.c complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Funds deposited to nustargame.c must originate from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large transactions. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any nustargame.c content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustargame.c shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays; (c) any act or omission of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications carriers.
Nothing in these Terms limits nustargame.c's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
Your use of nustargame.c is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). nustargame.c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms; or (d) compliance with applicable regulations requires such action. Upon closure, any eligible account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of nustargame.c shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
nustargame.c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the nustargame.c website. Where amendments are material, nustargame.c will endeavour to notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
